Splurge: Yves Saint Laurent (Sold Out – Similar Style)
Steal: Kelsi Dagger
At first glance, I could’ve sworn these two shoes were of the same pair. I’m sure everyone else would think the same. So hey, proves the point: you don’t need to fork up your life savings to look fabulous. Unless your life savings consists of $80. Then my friends, that’s a different story.
Cue in Elvis Presley...You can do anything, but lay off of my blue suede shoes.

Splurge: Isabel Marant
Steal: Nine West (You can find them here & here too)
It seems like everyone owns a pair of these Isabel Marant Sneakers. Celebrities like: Miranda Kerr, Anne Hathaway, Alicia Keys, fashion bloggers all over the world, and model mavens parading through the streets of New York. And last but not least, not me. Six hundred plus on a pair of sneakers is a lot. (A lot being an understatement, of course.) But I did find a pretty good steal on these shoes. Nine West. Hidden wedge and everything. Not too shabby for less than $100. You’re welcome.

I had the opportunity to style the beautiful Michelle for Valentine’s Day. I got a GREAT deal on a dress we both felt would be the best fit for the occasion. The BCBG Runway dress on the left is on sale for $109 on eBay. She’s had her eye on this dress for quite some time, but it didn’t fit within her budget. It was able to snag an almost identical copy for only $19 at Agaci! Yeah, I know. I’m good. And what better color combination than pink and red for the day of looooove? Here are a few pics how I put together her look:
