Ashley Sixto X Shop Heartbreak

I’ve been working hard lately. Very hard. But on what? Well, in the upcoming weeks I will be showing you guys as things become more concrete. I’ll be posting sneak peeks to keep you posted on what’s happening leading up to one BIG announcement. Trust me, you will want to stay tuned but for now, the thing that’s keeping me very busy and extremely excited is my collaboration with Shop Heartbreak.

I’ve always been a big fan of their tanks and it was such an honor to be approached by them to do a Repurposed x SHB collaboration. Right now, I’ve made 5 one-of-a-kind shorts inspired by their quirky prints, colors, and quotes. My favorite part that sets this collection aside from anything else I’ve done are the heart buttons I’ve sewn onto the shorts in all different sizes and in different spots.

I’m so excited to finally see the shorts up on the website and the sale going live REAL soon! Stay tuned.. I promise to let you know when it’s officially up and ready for sale.

Next Monday is a new sneak peek. Each one will be more exciting than the next! Until next week!

Gloomy Days

top: Forever 21. jacket: Tommy Hilfiger (similar). pants: H&M (similar). shoes: GoJane (sold out, but you can find them here). umbrella: unknown brand (found it the other day). watch: Nixon (like this new color!). bracelets: Forever 21.

Where am I living? There has been no ounce of sunshine for almost a week! Hello….don’t I live in the “Sunshine State”?

This crazy Miami rain brings crazy Miami humidity, and that only means one thing. Out of control, crazy hair for Ashley. It’s hard to want to do my hair when I know the minute I step out the front door, it won’t ever look the same. It’s a shame, especially with the crazy amount of hair I have. But when I do want to take that risk, my go-to miracle product is Moroccan Oil.

Now that we’re on the topic of hair, as you can tell, I didn’t go with my September craving for rich auburn hair. I went back to black! (and chopped off a few inches too). I realized that for Fall, dark hair is so shiny and healthy looking, I couldn’t resist…and I love it!

What do you think?
