Date Night

Date nights are always a fun excuse to get dressed up and impress your partna! With our crazy schedules, Adrian and I make sure to have “date nights” on our evenings off. It’s always fun spending time with him. Love it!

Aside from that, I just wore this Kimono and I can’t wait to wear it again. I found it hidden in the clearance rack at Target after looking for it everywhere since it wasn’t sold online. It has such an attention grabbing print and silhouette. These kinds of finds always make me so excited!

Splurge VS Steal: Dannijo

splurgevssteal

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been in love with the Aram necklace from the Dannijo X Man Repeller collabo for what seems like forever. I’ve been searching high and low for a similar collar necklace that gave off that punk edge without being too annoying. And alas, Forever 21 has debuted a simple, yet attention grabbing, collar that will do just the trick for me! Considering that it’s only $11 makes it much more worth it.

top: Forever 21 (similar – love the polka dots!). pants: Zara (similar). shoes: GoJane. purse: Zara. necklace: one of my favorite graduation gifts, thank you Fran!

I finally wore these shoes! Remember that Splurge VS Steal I did a few months back? They have been sitting in my closet for a while now waiting to be taken out. I finally decided to debut them for a small dinner I had with my friend the other night. It was a random and casual evening, and I wanted to dress up the casual look with snake print pants. To me, these pants are like a pair of jeans. I wear them up with a nice asymmetrical blouse and heels or down with this kind of look. Some say a printed trouser isn’t versatile because of it’s print, but it definitely is.
